AI is widely considered part of modern society, the concept of an inanimate object that can function independent from human interface, is a technology that seems to have no limit as to its advancement potential, modern interpretation of This AI can be found  everywhere, from our cellphone to traffic lights, but sometime soon will Artificial Intelligence be driving our cars not just telling them when to stop and when to go.

I believe that virtual reality will become more and more popular as an Information technology tool; Items like the Oculus Rift could mean things like attending conferences without actually being there, (something similar to the Holograms of people that appear in Star wars), the Oculus Rift is a massive innovation for the Virtual Reality market to build on.

The  interface aspect of many new technologies will have to be at an easy and understandable level as technology progresses, the ps4 for instance, is a newer piece of technology that has a user friendly interface. 

Interfaces such as these ones will need to either be targeted at a specific audience, or be easy enough for all consumers to interact with.

The Google glass is a resounding representation of what is to come in the cellular industry, it is a complete innervation of the classic mobile phone system, the future of devices that can be integrated  with day to day accessories (i.e Google glass, the Samsung wrist phone) will genuinely make life easier.
