I am interested in studying Culinary Arts at Seattle Central Community College before transferring to Western Washington University.

Stephanie Le's insight:

This is the cafe on the Seattle Central CC campus that is run by the students in the Specialty Desserts and Breads program.  This page is useful to know what you will be learning how to make during your time in the cafe and what will be expected of you.

I will definitely be visiting this cafe!

I found this link directly off of Seattle CEntral Community College's website. This is a summary of the expactations and qualifications it takes to become a baker, which is really helpful to know. Since Seattle Central Community College provided this link, it is safe to assume that their Culinary Arts program will help fulfill these expectations and requirements.

This page is incredibly helpful because it provides information such as how much education is generally expected of a baker, what skills and interests are needed, and more. It's sort of like matching up your personality profile with an occupation.
