Annie notes some potentially disturbing statistics on completion rates for MOOCs and offers some guidance on how to make sure (as pilots say) "your number of landings should equal your number of take-offs".  MOOCs are under a lot of scrutiny right now and I hope the low completion rates are seen as an opportunity for improvement rather than an indication of failure.
