"On Saturday 23 February the third edition of the International Open Data Day will take place in cities around the world. This initiator David Eaves announced on GovLoop.
As in December 2010 and December 2011 local groups in many cities will spend the day working on open data and open data applications. The event aims to not just build open data applications, but also to build the international open data community and extend existing applications to other locations".
