Er is een kloof aan het ontstaan tussen medewerkers en management. Op het gebied van veranderen wel te verstaan.

Was het eerst zo dat het management verandering wilde inzetten en dan inspanning moest doen om de organisatie mee te krijgen, nu zie je in organisaties het tegenovergestelde ontstaan. Medewerkers willen zaken veranderen en hebben er dan een hele klus aan om het management te overtuigen.

I suspect diversity has always mattered. Perhaps we are more aware of that need. What I find intriguing is how often diversity is shut down in the echo chambers we call organizations.
