Northwestern Ontario Innovation Centre (Thunder Bay, ON) opens mobile handset library which offers business people in northwest ontario a chance to borrow mobile devices as testbeds for app development or just see what all the fuss is about. This fee-based service claims to be the first in northern Ontario and is a unique partnership with Tbaytel.
