On April 3, the New York Times reported that LinkedIn is one of many competitors vying for a piece of Google’s search traffic.With over 5.7 billion professionally oriented searches performed on the site last year, LinkedIn has made continued efforts to improve the search experience, adding new features like auto-complete, suggested searches, automated alerts and a smarter query intent algorithm.

 

Content marketing on LinkedIn puts you and your business in front of the people you want to see it. Just like with Google, there is a renewed focus on content at LinkedIn as the company strives to compete with other social networks.A great example of this is LinkedIn’s recent acquisition and integration of SlideShare, a service used for uploading and sharing presentations.

 

Add to this the launch of new products like LinkedIn Today, LinkedIn Influencers (where a hand-picked crew of 200 celebrity professionals present exclusive content), and Sponsored Updates (allowing brands to promote whitepapers and branded content), and marketers have a powerful platform that combines search and social and connects content with influencers.

I think that competition is moving LinkedIn.com to move ahead of the would be outfits that may prove danger to them,In total innovation is good thing and LinkedIn has changed his face nicely in last few weeks by adding new features. They have removed many old ones and has replaced with new outlook. It is good.

Twitter is reinventing itself into a much more visual platform. It has to.

The competition demanded it. Instagram, Pinterest and other emerging visual social apps made it clear where the web was going. Mobile and visual

It added Vine the looping 6 second video app in January 2013. It then continued its visual evolution with images appearing in the Twitter stream.

But it’s latest acquisition was a live video streaming company “Periscope” that allows people to share live video and stories as they happen. This is a direct competitor to Meerkat that hit public consciousness in March at SXSW 2015.

It will be interesting to see how this catches on. But back to the visual Twitter.

So why should you be a visual tweeter?

De tous les moyens de promotion, il est probablement mieux adapté aux petites entreprises par son coût et surtout son efficacité.
Nous sommes tous inscrits sur les réseaux sociaux comme Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, ... nous avons tous des relations liées (amis, abonnés) avec des gens en harmonie avec notre entreprise. Ces relations probablement lu vos messages et à tour de rôle au prorata de leurs amis. . Dans le temps nous l'avons appelé le bouche à oreille, il a très bien fonctionné, même si le nombre d'épis était limitée
Aujourd'hui, il est ce qu'on appelle «faire du marketing viral."
Avec l'apanage des réseaux sociaux du nombre d'épis est immense.
Les obstacles et les difficultés:
Le nombre d'abonnés pour être significative (de l'expérience promu 20.000 abonnés génère des dizaines de consultations. Moduler la figure en fonction de l'industrie)
l'extension rapide du mur ou de nouvelles RSS rend votre communication éphémère. Il est rare que votre abonné dépasse les 10 premiers postes. Tu vas avoir ?? poster ?? promotions à des moments adaptés à vos abonnés. Pour surmonter ces obstacles, vous devrez investir du temps.
Par contre cette méthode présente plusieurs avantages:
. Un coût de pas de communication
. L'assurance, même si vous êtes dans un secteur très concurrentiel
Le retweet, je voudrais le ou l'un qui transforme votre abonné prescripteur.
