Lynda.com - Software training online-tutorials for Adobe, Microsoft, Apple & more

Lynda.com - Software training online-tutorials for Adobe, Microsoft, Apple & more | Online teaching Advocate | Scoop.it

Lynda.com is a software training & tutorial video library. Their online courses help you learn critical skills at your own time and pace.

Although this is a subscription service, the high quality of the videos and the large range of software covered make lynda.com attractive, especially for larger educational institutions. Perfect for 'just in time' individual software training at a range of levels. Monthly individual subscriptions are $25 (USD) which can be paid month-by-month so not exorbitant. Limited number of tutorial sections are free (often just the 'welcome' 1-2 minutes explaining what the tutorial series covers).

My rating: 8/10 (not because of quality - if it was free it would definitely be 10/10)
