Thinglink is a tool for creating interactive images. I got an email from Thinglink in which they featured a Google Presentation of 26+ Ways to Use Thinglink in the Classroom. 
This is a wonderful video conferencing site which works across many types of devices. There is no sign up or login required. Just start a room and share the link to invite afters. You can have five video participates at once. You can watch videos together from YouTube and other sites. There is a collaborative notepad, text chat, file sharing and you can even share your screen with other 'room mates.' You can sign in for free to customise rooms and schedule sessions. The internet is a big place. For a long time, I found the task of organizing and remembering all the articles, images, videos, posts, tweets, and sites to be formidable. The mass of information only continues to grow, but I have latched on to 10 free tools that help me organize my online journey. 5 are common, and 5 are just getting big on the scene.
Chalkable is a site that lists the best education apps in one place and lets you buy it through the Chalkable site. It is also a learning platform, providing a calendar, messaging, grade book, and attendance for teachers and students to use. 
Meograph is a new digital storytelling tool that you should put on your list of things to try this summer. Meograph, which I learned about through an email from its founder, provides tools for creating map-based and timeline-based narrated stories.
