Francisco Rafael Arellano Felix of Mexico's Arellano Felix drug cartel was assassinated at a family function in Cabo San Lucas by two men dressed as clowns. This gruesome execution ties in with the violence from Mexican drug cartels that has been occurring predominantly since 2006. On the Lip News, Lissette Padilla and Elliot Hill discuss the cartels' grisly methods of beheading their enemies as they propose a reason for the rise of the Mexican drug cartels in recent years.
