La technologie n'est utile que si elle facilite un service qu'est prêt à adopter le consommateur.

Il faut donc réfléchir d'abord à ce qui va simplifier la vie des consommateurs. Et ensuite se demander quelle technologie va faire le job. Et non l'inverse.
