NEW YORK (AP) — New troves of oil have been found all over the globe, and oil companies are taking in around $100 for every barrel they produce.

Higher costs again. They need higher returns on the money they already made form boom years. Why keep this money in the bank when they can invest it with the supplier they are already using anyhow.
