"Spamalot" will be the Columbia Entertainment Company's final presentation of the 2013-14 season. The director will be 19-year-old Jacob Huskey — a major undertaking for a director so young, even in community theater.

Theater is a late turn but the right road - Columbia Tribune

Sometimes it takes a little longer to figure out what you want to do with the rest of your life. Ask 35-year-old Michael Dodson.

He'll direct "Les Miserables" for the Capital City Players Dinner Theatre in Jefferson City in June, then will be off to San Francisco in July, chasing a dual career in banking and theater. That wasn't Michael's original plan when he graduated in 1996 from Cleveland Junior Naval Academy in St. Louis.
