I have visited the blog and seen one of the cartoons... very funny! But despite what they say about the licence, I am not sure all the material is CC.

Apparently the blog is under CC licence, but the videos are not. So in fact you can embed or show the videos, but you can't download them or modify them.

I think this wiki ia a great source of materials. Unfortunately they don't use the # for OERs! What a pity! This makes the research of adaptable resources much more difficult for teachers.

This is a good tool,and I agree with the teacher. kids don't feel the need of understanding every single work when they listen to a story. The site storybird does not open, though.

Thanks! I've just bookmarked this useful link! I personally love the fact that they include lessons for the Trinity College examinations. It's very difficult to find ready-to-use materials if you need to teach a class for this examination! There's lots of "food for thought" on the FB page, the curator looks very active. Unfortunately not so many replies...

I havenever heard of LRMI, it looks as if it its aim is to develop a common metadata framework for describing or “tagging” learning resources on the web. I think the material linked from other sites is not all CC.
