Sad to see this "drug forecast" which holds an image of a wolf ready to dine on some fat hens and investor opportunities.

 

Japan's aging population needs education to prevent macular degeneration and macular problems in general which can lead to loss of vision and blindness. But it's clearly the income stream and market created that is the focus here. Glaucoma is the silent thief of eyesight. Most eye disease is painless and progressive until you have lost vision without realizing it. You see the dentist every 6 months. See your eye doctor annually or two years at the most because glaucoma needs a very early diagnosis to preserve vision. Prevention is best by considering this study and implementing bilberry and pine bark (pycnogenol) into your diet and supplement program.

"In sum of the data, the present study demonstrated that a package of the yellow silk cocoon extract containing naturally occurring lutein and fats was capable of efficiently enhancing both innate and adaptive immune functions. Such silk lutein extract may prove superior to existing plant lutein extract for strengthened immunity and consequent health improvement." Hopefully this will replace marigold lutein in eye products and increase total body health substantially.
