in my opinion, I think that eating healthy food like whole grains and fruits can help in fighting fatigue. it helps as it is not a processed food and provide us with energy to do our work. When eating healthy food, it can help us to stay awake for a long period of time and would not tend to fall asleep easily. It can also help us to stay healthy and not let us gain weight. All these food help us to get vitamins and all the nutrient that we need.
