A new clinical trial with researchers from John Hopkins University and  other universities in the U.S. and China shows that tiny broccoli sprouts can help to neutralize this on going  health concern.

 

Broccoli sprouts  and other cruciferous veggies contain a protective compound called sulphoraphane.  Cruciferous veggies are known to fight cancer. Broccoli sprouts are even more potent  They contain at 5 or 6 days old, over "100 times more sulphoraphane" per gram than the mature plant.
