Too often, the biggest obstacle to your weight loss actually sits in your coffee cup. Every coffee shop offers at least ten different varieties-many that resemble a shake. Although we can argue whether or not black coffee is healthy, it doesn't matter when your favorite drink ends up being a calorie/sugar/fat bomb. Surprisingly enough, many coffee drinks compose of more sugar than a soda can of Coke (12 oz, 39 grams)....which absolutely shocks me.
