ObamaCare fine, er, tax, will explode tax collections from median-income earners

ObamaCare fine, er, tax, will explode tax collections from median-income earners | Nova Scotia recording Industry | Scoop.it
Apparently many would rather pay than sign up for government health care.
Mason Evans's insight:

Althoug this has nothing to do with Nova Scotia, I feel as it would be criminal not to mention the thing that has been the driving force behind the current government shutdown.  Government Healthcare is a major hit or miss to people, but who would have ever thought that it would have caused all of this?

Mason Evans's insight:

It appears that even with all of the funding that the Libs are doing during the 2013 race, Stephen McNeil (Liberal Party leader) says that he refuses to give out free grants to companies. I find this interesting, because he seems to be funding many different industries.

5 things to watch as Nova Scotia heads to the polls | Nova Scotia recording Industry | Scoop.it
Nova Scotians head to the polls today to cast their votes and decide who will become the governing party of the 62nd general assembly.
Mason Evans's insight:

I think that this is a very important thing to watch, especially during the election going on in Nova Scotia. As they are planning to elect their 62nd Governing Party of the general Assembly, contributing back to the recording industry is one of the things that the Liberal party is planning to do, and I personally think that that is a great thing for both parties (RA and LIBs).
