I did this with my 8th graders when I taught -- We did this around Superbowl time, and closely examined: claims, data, opinions, persona, and more.  Love this idea and love that he correlated it with new standards!

Great CCSS Research endeavor!

I posted this, but couldn't help reflect that this would make a GREAT CCSS research project.  EQ:  Should we worry about piracy and vanishing royalties?  (With the rise of Pandora usage and Spotify, will royalties disappear and the industry die?)  Create an evidence based claim to support your opinion!
