Ken's Key Take-away.

In my opinion, this is a bad headline.  Stars can't be expected to research every fan who they respond to.  If this man was so famous, they would put his name in the headline and we would all know about his condition.  The story makes it clear that the situation is not as bad as the headline implies.  However.  I do think this is a good lesson for us to consider sharing with students, peers and children.
