A prosecutor is objecting to the claim by the grieving family of Internet activist Aaron Swartz that "prosecutorial overreach" was a factor in his suicide.

MIT has begun an investigation. The US prosecutor feels that they did nothing wrong. I am glad that the media is disgussing this. Having Lessig talking on CNN brings weight and legitimacy to a week of wondering why why why. Delete the scoop?
