Avec l’application Mobistore, lisible et accessible sur le portable (smartphone ou tablette) de chaque vendeur, ces derniers peuvent avoir accès aux informations utiles sur les produits : caractéristiques techniques, fiches descriptives, disponibilité des stocks, prix, gammes, etc… Le collaborateur peut ainsi apporter un conseil immédiat et précis au client mais aussi améliorer encore plus la disponibilité des produits.

Giving the option to post an online purchase from a nearby store can help clear inventory from slower-moving locations and get the product in the customer's hands faster.

Key ideas I quote: Gucci launched in-store inventory visibility to empower its customers, while Burberry offers in-store pickup on online purchases. Nordstrom offers the option to ship an online purchase from a nearby store, which both helps it clear inventory from slower-moving locations and get the product in the shopper's hands faster.

Because of the consumer’s individualistic mindset, brands need to reach them where they are, pointing to an omnichannel approach to both commerce and marketing. This means reaching consumers on the device that they are most likely to be using at a particular time of day, for instance reaching her at night on a tablet, when she is relaxing at home.
