Is Your Brain Chemically Dependent on Stress?

Is Your Brain Chemically Dependent on Stress? | Neuromagic | Scoop.it
If you work better under tight deadlines and thrive on a time-crunch stress can be stimulant--but it's still terrible for you.

Alexander Vorobiev-Char's insight:

Ivon Prefontaine's curator insight, February 3, 4:53 PM

A person's mind. body, and spirit need rest. If nothing else, we are better able to handle the stress. Meditation and focusing on being present in meditative practices go a long ways to helping.

Neuromagic | Scoop.it

Alexander Vorobiev-Char's insight:

а) Аналитическое выполнение сложных высококвалифицированных действий;
б) способ приобретения знания с помощью неосознанных средств;

в) принятие точного решения при невозможности объяснить или доказать явление;

г) повышенная внимательность, как сознательная, так и неосознаваемая, к деталям ситуации;

д) креативность, когда сознательная деятельность по нахождению решения приостанавливается и человек занимается не связанными с проблемой делами;

Alexander Vorobiev-Char's insight:
