It is interesting complexity theory, phenomenology, deep ecology, etc use this concept. Max van Manen used it to describe pedagogy and thoughtful teaching. In many ways, we continue with the idea of soloists with external experts and observers. We end up causing more harm and deforming rather than reforming let alone transforming School. Much of our thinking remains "Lone Ranger" style.
