Jeff Caltlin asks some good questions about text analysis and evolution of big data and other productor service offerings.   In our business we are seeing text analytic capabilities being added to solutions in a service oriented architecture, so text analytics becomes a key part of a solution, but it is integrated with other capabilties to become more powerful.   I would like to hear from others about how they are seeing the maket evolve.
