Five tips to run a 5k, 10k and/or a marathon

When training for these types of races you must realize that a marathon is a completely different animal then running a 5 or 10k. Training and running a marathon can actually be detrimental to you health if not approached properly. I highly suggest you hire someone to train you, join an experienced running group or research it.
