My Thoughts:

The key to any weightloss program is the ability to burn fat away from the body and gain muscle. In order to do this you have to spark the bodys metabolism which will allow you to burn the fat. By adding a good cardio to any routine you will be able to burn away that stubborn belly fat that has been growing over the years. Cardio also helps to strenghten the lungs, the heart and the mind. By going on runs it allows you to clear your head and also it can help to circulate blood flow throughtout the body that will enable you to be happier healthier and live a much better life.

My Thoughts:

While practicing a healthy lifestyle you must also take into concideration the safty aspect. Without proper safty you could seriously harm yourself causing you to be unable to workout for a prolonged period of time. By practicing safe workout routines you will not only get a better workout but the time you spend will also be more worthit and longer. When ever you begin a workout it is essential to do a warm up of running or any form of cario and then follow it by a nice stretching session. After you have done this session you can continue with the workout. You mush also remember though that you need to stretch after the worout so that the latic acid doent build up un your muscles.

My Thoughts: 

By joining a gym I will be able to practise my workout routine in a safe and social envioment. I can also learn new techniques that the Trainers have tought me so that I may thrive in this atmospher. Also the equipment that they have allows me to be able to workout during unfortunate weather conditions which in seattle is almost every single day. There are also bathroom facilitys, a pool and change room which all aid in safty and hygine while working out. The gym is a great place to get questions answered and train hard to get the results that you have earned.
