Even the best relationships can grow a bit played out and dull over time. The initial rush of sexual excitement that goes along with meeting somebody new and falling in love gradually comes to an end.
However, just because you and your lover are in it for the long haul doesn’t have to mean your sex life has to suffer. In fact, keeping things interesting when it comes to sex can help keep the entire relationship fresh and exciting.
A great way to mix things up is by getting it on in places other than the bedroom. As an experiment, try to make love in as many of the following places as possible; we promise that when the list is complete, your love life will be humming along like never before.

Take a look a this man's story and huffpingtonpost live...
In my practice I see a lot of women who tell me: there is something wrong with me, I can't have an orgasm when I have sex with my partner. I have no problem on my own, but with my partner it just doesn't happen.
Michael Wiener's insight:
Perhaps, not all men know it, femal orgasms do not always come through penetration. So, does it mean one should a bigger penis size in order to make her reach orgasm all the time? Not at all. Simply stimulating her clit can make a big difference in her sexual pleasure. In fact, doing it doing foreplay can be a great idea allowing her to reach orgasm prior for her partner reaching ejaculation.
It's always a good idea to talk to your partner when it comes to sexual satisfaction. Personally, me and wife talk about it a lot during our intimate moments. It's exciting and it feels like you're dating for the first time. Yes, the fervent sensation of lust is there making both of you feel and crave for more sexual pleasure. It's like the early memories of dating freshen up.
Trust me, it's a lot enjoyable and passionate. In addition, a man can do more experiments in discovering his female partner's errogenous zones. There's a lot more besides the clit.
Moderate joggers lived the longest during a 30-year study. The green bars show joggers who had a significantly lower risk of dying during the study compared with people who didn't exercise. The blue bars do not show statistically significant differences with non-joggers.
Until further studies can help physicians personalize their advice on exercise, researchers agree that the safest bet is to listen to your body and cut back if you experience pain or excessive fatigue between workouts. Many people check off marathons and triathlons from their bucket lists and then ease back into shorter workouts.
Resistance training with weights, balance exercises, and stretching also become more important as the body ages, to combat the loss of muscle mass, balance, and flexibility. “Optimal aging includes not just cardiovascular fitness but retention of overall muscle strength,”
This is very interesting as most men and women think the longer they workout, the better. It's good to know that moderate exercise can do a lot in improving health and fitness. Consuming the right types of foods at the right amount is probably the major player in maintaining ideal weight resulting to great level of physical fitness.
Exercising too much might not do anything good if one do not watch what he/she eats.
I think this is the most missed opportunities by majority of couples. Dating and courting should not be only be happening the first time the couple met. It must be a neverending event before and after marriage. Even children and grandchildren come, dating and courting should always be there for couples.
Plenty of tips on overcoming stress, or at least minimize it if it is not eliminated completely. Personally, planning is one of the most important factor of reducing or eliminating stress. Of course, during the planning progress it can be stressful sometimes, but as you form the habit of planning, it becomes easier everytime.
Additionally, relaxation is mentioned, which is very important also for all of us. It should not be complicated. A simple routine of deep breathing at least 5 minutes a day is very helpful. I can tell it's true and working because I do it every day. You can do the same on wherever you're comfortable doing it...either at home, or at work during break time.
Also, for men who have premature ejaculation, relaxation can play a vital role for it as PE(premature ejacultion) is a result of a tensed muscles in the sexual organ, plus the brain is not able to control it as it might be tensed, as well. 6 Things That Make Water Unhealthy Huffington Post (blog) Water is one of those things just assumed to be good for you at all times, in all quantities.
While most people in developed countries are lucky enough not to have to worry about where to find clean, safe drinking water, H2O isn't taken for granted everywhere. Each year, more than 3.4 million people die worldwide because of water supply, sanitation and hygiene issues that lead to diseases, infections and malnutrition, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).

These are indeed superfoods, but due to their familiarity, not many people are aware of it. Of course, not all of these are very familiar, especially western countries, but they're very common in Asian countries as part of regular spices on daily cooking.
Read the rest of Laura Helmuth's series on longevity. There’s an oddly persistent myth that people have always had a good chance of living to a ripe old age if they could just survive childhood.
Michael Wiener's insight:
Seems people live longer in the old days than present. I guess it's because of the many developments in technology, food, and various industries. There is nothing wrong with progress, but I think we should take care for hour health just as with the people in the old days.
Among the culprit of these lessening of life span in today's human is diseases. The more technological advancements in medicine, the more diseases are being discovered. Perhaps, not because the development is bad, but the way the developments are being carried. For instance, in the old days, pollution is not a rampant problem, whereas today, it is one of the major issues in the enviroment causing various illnesses.
Another, perhaps not many are aware is food. Our grandparents ate healthier than we do today. During the early 1900s, there were no fast foods, but today fast foods are everywhere. And, if you do not know... foods prepared in fast foods are not as healthy than foods prepared at home. This comes to the big issue, diet.
These are great tips especially for people who do not like to eat vegetables. Cooking or blending the vegetables with favorite foods makes it easier and tastier. Eventually, it will be habit and it seem like a flip of a switch, you are eating vegetables...pure vegetables. Well, that might not happen in days, but doing it consistently can help a lot.
