Seems people live longer in the old days than present. I guess it's because of the many developments in technology, food, and various industries. There is nothing wrong with progress, but I think we should take care for hour health just as with the people in the old days.
Among the culprit of these lessening of life span in today's human is diseases. The more technological advancements in medicine, the more diseases are being discovered. Perhaps, not because the development is bad, but the way the developments are being carried. For instance, in the old days, pollution is not a rampant problem, whereas today, it is one of the major issues in the enviroment causing various illnesses.
Another, perhaps not many are aware is food. Our grandparents ate healthier than we do today. During the early 1900s, there were no fast foods, but today fast foods are everywhere. And, if you do not know... foods prepared in fast foods are not as healthy than foods prepared at home. This comes to the big issue, diet.
These are great tips especially for people who do not like to eat vegetables. Cooking or blending the vegetables with favorite foods makes it easier and tastier. Eventually, it will be habit and it seem like a flip of a switch, you are eating vegetables...pure vegetables. Well, that might not happen in days, but doing it consistently can help a lot.
