Jailed: Woman who masterminded two marriage scams in Manchester

Jailed: Woman who masterminded two marriage scams in Manchester | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it
Diana Olivieira, 46, was the 'key fixer' responsible for the organisation of nine bogus wedding ceremonies, including two in Manchester.

A woman who masterminded a three-year bogus marriage scam so men and women could obtain EU citizenship has been jailed for four years.

Diana Olivieira, 46, was the 'key fixer' responsible for the organisation of nine bogus wedding ceremonies, including two in Manchester.

A Dutch national, Olivieira would fly vulnerable women to the UK from Rotterdam to marry mainly Nigerian men.

The men would then be able to apply for European Economic Area residency status as spouses and access the UK's benefits system, NHS, education and right to work.

The grooms would pay Olivieira, who would pay the brides in turn, Manchester Crown Court was told.

An exact total is unknown, but it could run to £20,000.

The real partners of the men would then assume the identities of the brides, also allowing them access to EU privileges as spouses.

The court was told that Olivieira, a mother-of-three who worked as a cleaner in Holland, would accompany the women to interviews to obtain National Insurance numbers and help them set up bank accounts.

The scam ran between November 2007 and 2010.

Olivieira – who married a Nigerian man herself for 741 Euros – pleaded guilty to nine counts of conspiracy to facilitate non-EU persons into the UK. Investigators even managed to obtain photographs from a number of the wedding ceremonies.

Most brides flew back to Holland directly after the services, said prosecutor Joanna Radikis.

Only one man was brought by Olivieira from Holland to marry. The others were women.

Several men and women involved as bogus grooms and brides have been traced, convicted and jailed, but others remain wanted.
The court heard that Olivieira acted largely as a 'courier'.

Flights to the UK were arranged for only short visits and the court was told that Olivieira organised the scam from a village community centre, where her operation was 'common knowledge'.

Olukayode Olusanya, a Nigerian male, married Dutch 'bride' Zunica Sabina at St John's Church in Moston, Manchester, in September 2008.

Both are now serving jail sentences.

Dutch woman Juday Garia married Adekuwle Adeshola at St Paul's Church in Churchill Way, Salford, in April 2009.

And Nigerian Olawale Akintunde tied the knot with Kimberley Eleonora at St Peter's Church in Queen's Road, Accrington.

Other ceremonies were held in Liverpool and London.

Olivieira herself married Nigerian Bidemi Anthony Oludare in London in January 2008.

The court was told that he was in the UK illegally and paid for the marriage so he could gain citizenship and help his partner, who would assume Olivieira's identity, and their two children.

He was jailed for 12 months.

Ms Radikis said: “Olivieira was the principal offender so far as this conspiracy is concerned. She was the organiser of the nine marriages.
She received money transfers which were sent to her account.”

Olivieira was arrested in July and extradited from Holland on a European Arrest Warrant.
Peter Malone, defending, said others were involved in the scam. He said: “She does have a partner who is looking after her children. The reason in getting behind such an enterprise was for money.”

Judge Andrew Blake said people were used as 'stooges'. He said: This was a money-making operation for you and I have no doubt others within this same conspiracy. You performed a very important role and seemed to be involved in all stages.

"There were expenses involved and a profit element for you and your organisation.

"There is no evidence of that fee. It must have been somewhere between £10,000 and £20,000. Upon your release, what the UK Border Agency does with you is up to them.”

The UK Border Agency said it was now reviewing all cases where individuals gained the right to live in the UK as a result of the

The agency will look to revoke right to stay awards and consider deportation.

Spokesman Dave McGrath said: “The sentence sends out a clear message that we will not tolerate abuse of our immigration system. Those who facilitate sham marriages are breaking the law and will be held accountable for their actions.”

Illegal rat meat 'sold to public' in east London

Illegal rat meat 'sold to public' in east London | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it

Rats and "shocking" quantities of illegal and "potentially unsafe" meat have been sold in London.

Rats and "shocking" quantities of illegal and "potentially unsafe" meat have been sold to the public in east London, a BBC London undercover investigation has found.

Secret filming in one of the capital's busiest food markets has revealed butchers and food stores prepared to sell large quantities of meat that break food safety laws.

West African and environmental health officer sources told the BBC the Ridley Road Market, in Dalston, was a known hotbed of illicit meat activity.

Yet a Freedom of Information request to Hackney Council reveals the last enforcement visits to premises concerning illegal meat in the whole borough took place in 2009.

"This is shocking, I am just so shocked to see so much of it," said Paul Povey, one of the UK's leading experts in meat hygiene and inspections and a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, who examined the meat for the BBC.

"It's all illegal and hasn't undergone health control, hasn't been inspected and may well be contaminated.

"You've got to wonder about the contamination level of this meat that anyone's bringing into their kitchens."

Hackney Council said it had only received one complaint of illegal meat being sold since 2009 which was not proven.

'There will be trouble'
Under the counter, butchers at Ridley Road Market were prepared to sell banned "smokies", a West African delicacy made using a blow torch on the skin of a sheep or goat to give it a charred flavour.

The practice is outlawed under UK and European food laws amid fears about public safety and animal welfare.

It has also been linked to mafia-style gangs in Wales who steal sheep and goats, slaughtering them in unlicensed abattoirs.

Dr Yunes Teinaz, a chartered environmental health practitioner, said: "Behind the underground trade in smokies are criminals who don't observe the law and are just after financial gain.

"It is disgusting and outrageous that the local authorities don't take action and remove this meat from the human food chain."

One Hackney butcher, who was secretly filmed selling a BBC researcher quantities of the illicit meat, said: "Don't tell anyone, otherwise there will be trouble."

Two African food stores have sold bush meat such as "grass cutter" or cane rats, which are described as having been imported from Ghana where they are a delicacy.

'Collapsing a business'
The trade in bush meat is a persistent problem for the UK authorities with illegal meat products smuggled in by passengers in ferry terminals and airports.

The Food Standards Agency says there are worries that bush meat could be of serious risk to both those who eat it and to others from contamination.

There is no suggestion that every butcher and food shop on the Ridley Road Market is prepared to deal in illegal meat.

Confronted with BBC London's evidence, Islam Halal Meat; Punjab Halal Meat and Fish and Dalston Butchers denied they were selling illegal meat.

The manager of Great Expectations, a food store which sold two Ghanaian rats to the undercover BBC researcher, said: "I don't sell rats, I never sell rats, I don't sell rats.

"I don't have any rats, why you come to video me?"

The manager of Adom Trading, another shop that sold bush meat described as a Ghanaian "grass cutter" rat, also denied selling it.

"What you are saying is a lie, a 100% lie, I don't sell rats.

"You are collapsing a business, do you know how much it costs us to pay the business rates?"

Councillor Feryal Demirci, Hackney Council's Cabinet Member for Safer Neighbourhoods, said: "Hackney Council's team of Environmental Health Officers make regular visits and inspections of over 1,000 businesses across the borough, including those on Ridley Road.

"Since 2009, we have only received a single complaint regarding the sale of illegal meat, which upon investigation was inconclusive.

"However, we take all complaints seriously and we will always investigate fully. Now that we have received some information from the BBC we will look into this and take the appropriate action."

Students face deportation after UKBA strip university of visa licence

Students face deportation after UKBA strip university of visa licence | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it

More than 2,000 students are facing potential deportation from the UK after the Government stripped a university of its rights to admit foreigners.

The London Metropolitan University has had its Highly Trusted Status (HTS) for sponsoring international students revoked. The university issued a statement on their website following the UK Border Agency's decision:

The implications of the revocation are hugely significant and far-reaching, and the university has already started to deal with these.

It will be working very closely with the UKBA, Higher Education Funding Council for England, the NUS and its own Students' Union.

Our absolute priority is to our students, both current and prospective, and the University will meet all its obligations to them.

The move could mean more than 2,000 students being deported within 60 days unless they find another sponsor, according to the National Union of Students.

Following the decision, the NUS contacted the Prime Minister and Home Secretary Theresa May yesterday regarding the situation of foreign students. NUS president Liam Burns said today:

It is disgusting that international students continue to be used as a political football by politicians who seem either incapable of understanding, or are simply uncaring about the impact of their decisions on individuals, universities and the UK economy.

This decision will create panic and potential heartbreak for students not just at London Met but also all around the country.

Immigration minister Damian Green defended the decision, saying that the university had shown "serious breaches" of its visa licence.

UKBA said that "systemic failings" had been identified six months ago, and that there were continuing problems with the university. The UKBA defended universities as a whole:

These are problems with one university, not the whole sector. British universities are among the best in the world - and Britain remains a top class destination for top class international students.

We are doing everything possible, working with Universities UK, to assist genuine students that have been affected.

Professor Eric Thomas, president of Universities UK said there were other ways of addressing UKBA's concerns and the university's licence should have been revoked only as a last resort.

He added that the move would cause "anxiety and distress to legitimate international students" at the university.

Latvia Man sexually assaulted woman in Tesco months after flashing at children

Latvia Man sexually assaulted woman in Tesco months after flashing at children | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it

A DRUNK man sexually assaulted a woman in a supermarket months after he was caught flashing at children in a swing park in west Hull.

Sergejs Klimentjevs, 31, attacked the woman as she stood in the aisle of the Tesco Express in Spring Bank, Hull.

Prosecutor David Gordon said the woman was browsing the chocolate section when she felt the man’s hand over her clothing before he assaulted her.

He said: “She shouted at him asking him what he was doing and the defendant placed his hands in the air in a dismissive gesture and smiled at her.”

Hull Crown Court heard the 37-year-old woman raised the alarm and a member of staff evicted agency worker Klimentjevs from the store.

She called the police and identified him from the store’s CCTV footage. A police officer recognised him when his photograph was circulated.

In her victim impact statement, the woman said: “It left me shocked and very upset.

“I am someone who enjoyed life and this has undermined my confidence, made me lose sleep and made me nervous.”

The court heard Klimentjevs, originally from Latvia, sexually assaulted the woman six months after he was caught flashing at two girls as they played in a children’s park off Folkestone Street, west Hull, in the middle of the afternoon last October.

He twice urinated in front of two girls, exposing himself and grinned at them.

Prosecutor Mr Gordon said: “It was a small park with swings and picnic areas.

“There were lots of children playing and there was a group of Eastern European men being quite rowdy and the defendant was with them.

“Two teenage girls were playing 20 metres from them when the defendant undid his trousers and began urinating and was grinning, looking directly at them.

“He seemed to be deliberately exhibiting himself. The girls were alarmed.

“The incident lasted a couple of minutes but 15 minutes later he walked back and did exactly the same thing.”

Police were called after a dog walker spotted him and raised the alarm. When they arrested him, Klimentjevs said he was grinning because he was having a good time.

Klimentjevs, of Park Avenue, west Hull, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting the woman and was convicted of exposure following a trial at Hull Magistrates’ Court.

Judge Jacqueline Davies, sitting at Hull Crown Court, sentenced him to a community order, an alcohol treatment programme and 100 hours of unpaid work in the community.

She described the attack on the woman in the supermarket as “appalling conduct”.

She said: “When you were arrested, you had no recollection of it, no doubt due to your consumption of alcohol.”

Judge Davies said exposing himself was “disgusting conduct in a park where people were enjoying a nice day and children were present”.

He said: “I’m quite satisfied you did it deliberately.”

Klimentjevs has been ordered to sign the sex offenders register for five years and pay £500 court costs.

Polish man admits having sex with horse in Oswaldtwistle

Polish man admits having sex with horse in Oswaldtwistle | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it

A 39-year-old Polish man was filmed while having intercourse with a horse in a field.

Blackburn magistrates heard Grzegorz Suliga was seen feeding horses and ‘rubbing them in an affectionate manner’ before he had sex with a brown horse and walked out of the field.

He was arrested two weeks later, sitting in the same field drinking beer with the horses around him.

Suliga, of Hollin Bridge Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to sexual penetration of a horse. He was remanded on bail for a pre-sentence report. He was put on the Sex Offender Register.

Catherine Allan, prosecuting, said a witness was sitting in the conservatory at the rear of his Oswald-twistle home when he saw a man acting suspiciously in the field.

“He watched the man approach a white horse and thought he might be interfering with it but couldn’t be sure,” said Miss Allan. “He then began photographing the male and at the same time rang the police.

“After having sex with the horse, he saw him pull up his trousers and walk off,” said Miss Allan.

Photographic evidence was handed to the police who launched an appeal through the Lancashire Telegraph to try to identify the offender.

Two weeks later police were contacted by another witness who thought that he had seen Suliga in the same field.

“They found Suliga sitting in the field with the horses having a beer,” said Miss Allan.

“The police showed him the pictures from the first incident and he put his head in his hands and started to cry.”

When he was interviewed by police Suliga said he had done it because he was drunk. He said he didn’t know it was an offence in this country although he knew it was an offence in Germany where he had previously lived.

Andrew Church-Taylor, defending, said Suliga had failed to turn up for his first court date because he was too ‘embarrassed and ashamed’.

“He came to court but was too frightened to walk up the steps,” said Mr Church-Taylor. “He has no previous convictions here, in his native Poland or in Germany where he has lived previously.”

Self-styled TV 'prophet' who targeted devout Christians is jailed for sexual assaults on two women who came to him for 'spiritual healing'

Self-styled TV 'prophet' who targeted devout Christians is jailed for sexual assaults on two women who came to him for 'spiritual healing' | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it
Alain Bhatupa, 37, of Upper Edmonton, North London, called himself ‘The Prophet Alain’ during appearances on a satellite television channel which he used as a platform to peddle his bogus healing techniques.

A self-proclaimed spiritual healer who targeted devout Christians was jailed yesterday for sexually assaulting two women who visited him for help.
Alain Bhatupa, 37, called himself ‘The Prophet Alain’ during appearances on a satellite television channel which he used as a platform to peddle his bogus healing techniques.
A court heard two women approached him at his television station office after watching him promoting healing during his regular slot on the religious Wonderful TV channel.
Bhatupa was jailed for nine years yesterday at Harrow Crown Court in North London, almost a month after he was convicted of five counts of sexual assault.
Metropolitan Police officers began their investigation last August when the first victim, aged 61, reported that Bhatupa had molested her when she approached him at the office off the North Circular Rd in North London for treatment for severe back pain.
The pervert examined her, sexually assaulted her, then asked for a financial ‘offering’ amounting to more than £500.

In early September, a second victim, aged 40, reported to police that she had visited Bhatupa the previous month for treatment for an inflamed foot.
She was also assaulted and asked to make a £600 ‘offering’.
Both victims had seen Bhatupa, of Upper Edmonton, North London, performing ‘spiritual healings’ on television and had arranged appointments with him in good faith believing that he would help them overcome their conditions.
Police raided the Congolese ‘healer’s two business addresses and seized telephone records, medical swabs and CCTV which linked the victims to the bogus prophet and Bhatupa.

On his website, Bhatupa claims to be the leader of the ‘International Prophetic and Teaching Ministries in the name of Jesus Christ’.
He describes himself as ‘Prophet Archbishop Alain’ and said he appeared four times a week in TV ministry on the African TV channel, which stopped broadcasting earlier this year..
Detective Sergeant Peter Walker, from the Met’s Sapphire unit which specialises in investigating rape and sexual assault cases, said Bhatupa used the televisions station to target ‘devout Christian viewers’.
Det Sgt Walker added: ‘He used his position of trust and his television credibility to go on and sexually assault women behind closed doors. It is possible that there are further victims who have been affected by the actions of Bhatupa, and I urge them to come forward and speak to us.
‘The Met takes all matters of rape and sexual assault seriously no matter what the circumstances are, no matter when the crime was committed.
Together with our partners we will ensure that victims receive the maximum support possible and be treated with the utmost respect and dignity.’
Bhatupa’s arrest came 18 months after he was cleared of similar offences after a trial at Inner London Crown Court.
In that case, a jury were told the Bhatupa, who was described in court as a pastor, had assaulted three women members of his flock after promising to purge them of their demons.
He was cleared of two indecent assaults, two counts of assault by penetration and one of exposure, after claiming to be the victim of a malicious campaign by the ex-husband of a woman he was dating.

Immigrants with multiple wives will get more benefits, official !

Immigrants with multiple wives will get more benefits, official ! | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it
Immigrants with multiple wives will receive higher benefits payments in future as Government attempts to tackle the problem backfire.

Officials have admitted that polygamous households, of which there are an estimated 1,000 in Britain, could be handed more money under reforms to the welfare system.
Currently the state effectively recognises polygamous marriages by paying extra wives smaller amounts of income support in addition to the normal sum received by the husband and their first spouse.
When the streamlined Universal Credit regime is introduced next year, this policy will be scrapped.
But a House of Commons library paper admits that as an unintended consequence of this, any second or third wives in a household would be able to claim a full single person’s benefits in addition to the standard amount claimed by the husband and their first wife. So in total the polygamous family would receive more than they currently do.
The report states: “Treating second and subsequent partners in polygamous relationships as separate claimants could, in some situations, mean that polygamous households receive more under Universal Credit than they do under the current rules for means-tested benefits and tax credits.”

Baroness Flather, the first Asian woman to receive a peerage, said: “That is terrible. Why can’t they see it?”
She said the new benefits situation should prompt ministers to tackle the problem: “Why are they allowed to have more than one wife? We should prosecute one or two people for bigamy, that will sort it out.”
It is a criminal offence in England and Wales to be a bigamist, married to more than one person, but polygamous marriages are recognised in this country if the weddings took place overseas.
Men, usually Muslims from Pakistan, can bring one wife into Britain through the spouse visa route but further brides would have to arrive through a different immigration category. In 2007 MPs estimated that there were “fewer than 1,000 legally recognised polygamous marriages within the UK” but no detailed figures have been compiled.
Under the existing system, polygamous husbands and their first wives can claim the standard couples’ rate for income support of £105.95 a week while second and subsequent spouses living under the same roof receive an additional £38.45.
They can also claim housing benefit and council tax benefit if they reside together.
Ministers hoped to send a signal that polygamy would not be tolerated by removing these rules in the Welfare Reform Bill, which will introduce a single Universal Credit in 2013.
But it means second wives, living with their husbands and their first wives, will be able to claim as a single person, on top of the sum received by the couple.
Richard Fuller, the Conservative MP for Bedford and Kempston who raised the subject in Parliament earlier in July, said: “Most people will think it absurd that the benefit system currently recognises polygamy and ending this is one of the positive hopes from the introduction of Universal Credit. Only a few people are impacted by the change, but this sends a clear signal.
“Even though as a consequence some people may be able to claim more money as a result, the principle is worth it.”
A spokesman for the Department for Work and Pensions added: “Polygamy is illegal in this country and it would be wrong for the benefits system to legitimise these arrangements by recognising them in any way.”
Whitehall sources said they thought only a “very low” number of polygamous families would qualify for Universal Credit, levels of which have not been set.

On and On it goes

Just another week of the failed and forced multicultural nightmare we are experiencing in what was once a decent, law abiding country; A Third World culture will bring Third World practice with it, Here are just a few examples from the past week.

Abdul Marin, 41, a former imam of Wellingborough mosque has been found unanimously guilty of seven sexual assault charges at Northampton Crown Court after telling a jury that he was the victim of a conspiracy.

Marin, who left last year, was accused of sexually molesting two girls, who cannot be named, kissing them and placing his hands inside their clothing during religious lessons of the Koran.

Rebecca Herbert, prosecuting, said: “The defendant was a tutor in the Koran and from about 2007 to 2010, he visited child A’s home address several times a week to tutor her in the Koran.

“During these times and at various other times, both girls mentioned to one or other of their parents that the defendant was physically affectionate with them.

“They said they did not like it and did not really want to have their lessons with him.

“During the summer of 2010, the lessons came to an end by mutual agreement, but it would seem it was due to their ages, not for reasons concerning the defendant’s behaviour.

“The defendant, being an imam, was respected and highly regarded by all but you, the jury, may feel it would have been hard for these two young Muslim girls to have spelt out what was happening.

Sexual matters are simply not discussed.

“The lessons finished in 2010, but things came to light because during the autumn term at school, child A watched a video about bullying and as she watched, she saw a section which talked about sexual abuse, along the lines that people should not touch you in a certain way and if they did, you were to tell someone.

As a result, she spoke to one of her teachers on November 2, 2010.”

Mrs Herbert added: “Child A accused the defendant of frequently putting his hand down her top and squeezing her breast area. On one occasion, she remembered he forced her to sit on his lap.

“Child B remembered when she was about seven, he touched her by putting his hand down her Burka and ‘bits he should not supposed to touch’.

She recalled it happened twice and said she knew similar things had happened to child A. She said the defendant told them not to tell anyone.”

Matin, of Albert Road, Wellingborough said the allegations were all part of a conspiracy against him by the children’s families.

He said the two girls had stated they would make up concocted sexual allegations against him to stop him telling their parents they were not concentrating on their religious lessons.

He added: “One (of the children) said that if you tell my father then I will say that you did this and that, that you touched us. We will go to the police and to the school.

“Then they said sorry and I thought that was the end of it.

“I was upset I teach children who could say something like that.”

The jury took two-and-a-half hours’ deliberation to unanimously convict him of all charges.

Judge Michael Fowler said: “Given the breach of trust, the age of the children and the period over which it happened, there is the potential for a custodial sentence.

“Indeed, when coming back to court, he should prepare himself for custody.”

A sexual predator, who attacked two women in a nightclub and a young mother, is facing jail.

Rasul Abdullah (31) had sexually assaulted his first two victims on the same night, last November, in Pharaoh’s in Burnley.

He had been bailed and had then struck again, molesting his third target after locking her and her baby in his house in Brierfield, Burnley Crown Court was told.

The defendant, an Iraqi national, is said to have indefinite leave to remain in this country.

The menacing and dangerous sexual predator’ was accused of putting his hand up the skirts of two women in the Burnley nightclub, the court heard.

‘Out of control’ Abdullah then molested a mother only two months later, after locking the woman and her baby in his house.

After being arrested, Abdullah claimed he had done nothing in the club and said the women were lying.

The Mr Big making a mockery out of the so-called immigration crackdown: Kurdish gangmaster will smuggle people into Britain for £2,000

Operation smuggles 5,000 migrants a year into Britain from northern France

Standing on a patch of grass 46 miles across the Channel from the White Cliffs of Dover, a man in a designer jacket emblazoned with the words ‘No Fear’ is making a laughing stock of our Government’s promises to stop illegal immigration into Britain.

He calls himself ‘Fahruddin’ and is the Mr Big of a multi-million-pound people-trafficking operation that every year smuggles 5,000 migrants from all over the world into Britain from northern France.

Ten days ago, three young Turks paid him a total of £9,500 to be put on a lorry and taken by ferry to Dover.

A few nights later, 21 migrants from Afghanistan and Iran made the same trip and earned Fahruddin nearly £50,000.

And then on Tuesday, he promised to smuggle a 29-year-old Turkish girl (along with two Chinese couples) from Dunkirk to Kent if her relatives deposited a large sum of cash with a fixer-colleague at a small supermarket in Wood Green, North London.

He told the girl: ‘Don’t be scared. If you have the money, I will get you there. Inshallah (God willing). I can easily arrange it. I send people every night. Those who have paid already go to the front of the queue. I am very successful.’

His activities make a mockery of claims by David Cameron that Britain’s immigration controls have got tougher.

Fahruddin, an Iraqi-Kurd who successfully claimed asylum in Britain in 2007, in his early 20s, is making huge amounts of money as a people-smuggler, operating out of a makeshift camp on the outskirts of Dunkirk.

The camp, in a field beside a lake and equestrian centre, is hidden by trees from traffic on the motorway between Dunkirk and Calais.

It looks innocent enough: a group of wooden huts in a clearing, several mobile lavatories provided by the local health authorities and the embers of a fire which is lit at night by migrants to keep warm.

Once a week, local charity workers visit to provide food and clothing donated by the French public.

The camp, at the village of Teteghem (ideally located near the ferry ports of Dunkirk, Calais and Belgium’s Ostend) is a crucial cog in a huge criminal operation smuggling migrants to Britain.

It has grown ever since the so-called ‘official’ migrant camps, such as the Red Cross-run centre in Sangatte, were closed after pressure from successive British governments.

A French police officer patrolling in his car near the camp last week said: ‘There are other unofficial camps up and down this side of the Channel, but this one is the most popular. At least 20 people go to England on lorries every night.

‘The men running the camp are Iraqis and Kurds who are based in Britain. Many carry guns and are prepared to use them. I’m afraid that even police officers don’t enter the camp at night.’

During my investigations I was tipped off about the existence of the camp by a man, whom we will call Mr A, who settled in North London 20 years ago after arriving legally from Turkey using his Cypriot passport.
He wanted to expose how huge amounts of money are being made by people such as Fahruddin and highlight the poor conditions of the camps in northern France.

Twenty-five of his Turkish relatives have followed him to Britain as stowaways on lorries, after paying thousands of pounds to people-smuggling gangs. Mr A volunteered to take me and a photographer to France to show how clandestine migration continues to flourish.

Using an undercover video camera and a secret sound tape, Mr A and a 29-year-old Turkish girl — who he knew and who used the pseudonym Rojda — walked into the Teteghem camp.

Posing as a caring uncle with his niece, their cover story was that he wanted her to travel illegally to Britain to join relatives. Other migrants waiting to be smuggled to England pointed them to Fahruddin who, breezily, explained how he could organise their journey within days — for a large fee.

Mr A told him the girl’s father, who lived in Turkey, would find the cash to pay for her journey.

They recorded their 45-minute conversation with Fahruddin and secretly filmed him as he explained the camp was a ‘distribution centre’ for migrants.

He boasted that the previous night he had put 45 migrants on lorries which were bound for Dover from Calais and Dunkirk.

He said 21 had successfully reached Dover but 24 had not managed to get onto the lorries. ‘They will try again,’ he promised. ‘We do not give up.’

So how do these illegal people-trafficking operations — of which there are many — work?

The system depends on the large communities of migrants already settled in Britain and who are willing to pay cash to get their relatives or friends to join them.

‘They call England “Hope Land”,’ Fahruddin explained. ‘None of the migrants here — whether they come from Iran, or Iraq, from Afghanistan, China or Turkey — want to settle in mainland Europe. They only want to go to England.’

Fahruddin outlined in detail to Mr A and Rojda the two ways he could get her across the Channel.

First, there was the cheaper Option A. This would involve her father sending relatives in England £2,000 in cash to hand to a middle-man contact of Fahruddin’s at a supermarket in Wood Green.

Once the cash was handed over, Fahruddin would be told via mobile phone and he would then proceed to put Rojda on a lorry. Under this option, the driver would be totally unaware of his illicit human cargo.

Last week 21 migrants from Afghanistan and Iran made the trip and earned Fahruddin nearly £50,000

Alternatively there is the more expensive Option B which, he said, had a greater guarantee of success. Fahruddin explained that Rojda’s family would have to give £6,000 to the same Wood Green supermarket contact.

She would then be put in a lorry whose driver would be aware of the smuggling attempt since he would get a share of the money if the passage was successful.

Both options would mean Rojda would be taken from the camp in a car after midnight by one of Fahruddin’s lieutenants to a lorry park near the ferry ports where drivers sleep in their cabs or leave their vehicles unattended while on a meal-break.

Under Option A, a member of the gang would break into the trailer — cutting the security wire circling the outside — and check the labels on boxes and pallets to ascertain the lorry was heading for England.

Once sure, he would push Rojda in and seal the trailer’s wire with superglue so the break-in would not be detected by the driver.

Despite talk by politicians of beefed up border checks, X-ray equipment and increased security at ports, it was clear from talking to Fahruddin that these measures are no deterrent to the smugglers and thousands of foreigners are still getting through illegally.

In Dover, the gang’s English-based accomplices would be waiting for Rojda and would follow the lorry for miles by car until it stopped and the driver got out. Quickly, they would break in again, retrieve Rojda and drive her to her relatives in London.

Under Option B, the driver would stop at a safe, pre-arranged spot outside Dover, where he would be met by Fahruddin’s gang members and Rojda would be handed over.

During the discussions between Mr A, the girl and Fahruddin, she was told not to worry about the heat-seeking equipment used by border guards at ports to detect migrants hiding in lorries.

The smugglers have devised a simple trick to escape such checks. They wrap migrants in a cold, wet blanket or put ice cubes in their clothes so the warmth of the body is not detected by the equipment.

Having proved how easy it is to arrange to be smuggled illegally into Britain, Rojda and her uncle promised to ring Fahruddin after they had arranged his fee.

Although they never took up his offer, our investigation shows how simple it is for thousands of foreigners to slip illegally into the UK every year — and how plenty of criminals break the law and get rich by helping them to do so.

I tracked down, for example, the three Turks who paid Fahruddin £9,500 to get to England ten days ago. They had reached his camp after a 2,000-mile journey in a vegetable lorry from Gazientep, a Turkish city near the Syrian border.

They are now part of the rapidly growing Turkish community in Britain, which tops 500,000 in London alone.

The trio included a young husband and wife, aged 27 and 24, who are now settling in Hackney, East London.

The husband, a carpenter, has already started work on the black market at a relative’s supermarket while his wife, who speaks only Kurdish, is still recovering from the 40-day journey across Europe.

The third member of the trio — a 24-year-old woman — is a friend of the couple. She is now living in a relative’s flat in North London with her husband, who was smuggled into Britain on a lorry from Calais several years ago.

They told Mr A how they got to Britain. The money was provided by a relative called Ibrahim, who deposited the money to pay Fahruddin with another North London supermarket contact.

The three then waited at the Teteghem camp for ten days for Fahruddin to have proof of the payment and then give the go-ahead.

At midnight, they were driven to the first petrol station across the Belgian border, where a waiting lorry was parked.

The driver was part of the scam. Wearing a black cap, he got out of his cab and pushed the three into the lorry trailer, which was full of textiles destined for a clothes factory in Britain. He then drove to Dunkirk and boarded a 2am ferry for England.

A few hours later, as dawn was breaking, they stepped out onto British soil to start a new life — just like the hundreds of thousands before them and, if wealthy criminal gang masters such as Fahruddin get their way, thousands more in the future.

Even MORE immigrants on the way!

Even MORE immigrants on the way! | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it
By Protectorate - Britain is full up! We all know this. The British National Party has been saying it for years. For a nation whose sustainable population should be around the 16-17 million mark*, the UK is already vastly overpopulated.

In recent years this has led to water shortages in the crowded cities of the South East and in the future will lead to power blackouts and even potential food shortages!

And what do the corrupt traitor-parties in Westminster do about it? Nothing.

Despite endless platitudes about "border controls" and "immigration curbs" they have presided over the greatest number of immigrants to swamp these shores EVER.

And despite the Tories 2010 election pledge to reduce immigration too merely (!) "Tens of thousands", literally hundreds of thousands flood these shores every single month.

And to all those people we met on the Welsh campaign trail who endlessly said "it's not a problem here" we say - it soon will be.

Pull your heads out of the sand and take a look at what's heading your way in 2014 (a mere year away).

There will be no further controls to stop Bulgarian and Romanian migrants coming to the UK from the end of next year, Home Secretary Theresa May admitted.

Mrs May said that from December 2013 there would be nothing to prevent migrants from the two poor eastern European countries coming to Britain.
Both of these countries made the mistake of joining the EU in 2007 but 'strict' controls were put in place preventing their residents moving to the UK and other member states.

Now, if you've been bothered by the hordes of Romanian gypsies, pick-pockets and child beggars that infest many of our inner cities, you may be surprised about the term 'strict controls'.

However, worse is yet to come.
Even these current lax restrictions come to an end in December 2013 and there will then be no further controls to stop migrants from Bulgaria and Romania coming to the UK.

In a display of mind-boggling ignorance, Mrs May said ministers could only now look at what attracted migrants to Britain, such as the NHS and benefits system.

Something else the British National Party has been saying for years!
Speaking to Andrew Marr on the scandal-hit, once worthwhile BBC, Mrs May said:
"I am looking at free movement generally across the EU. Originally it was free movement of workers; it has been extended over the years.

First of all, there is a growing group of countries in the European Union who are very concerned about the abuse of free movement. That is looking particularly at issues like sham marriages, forged documents and so forth, and we are working together to reduce the abuse of free movement.
"I will be looking at transitional controls on Romania and Bulgaria at the end of December 2013.

I will be looking at what we call the pull factors. What is it that attracts people sometimes to come over here to the United Kingdom?

Looking at issues such as benefits and access to the health service and things like that.
"There are no further transitional controls that we can put on.

Transitional controls end in December 2013 but that is where the importance of looking at what it is that is attracting people to come here, in terms of things like our benefits system, and access to the National Health Service, are so important."

The British National Party would leave the EU and put a stop to immigration. A full stop!

We will deport ALL illegal immigrants and increase border controls and staff numbers to ensure that we once again have full command of our national borders.

Just a tiny fraction of the savings from Britain’s current EU contributions of 12.6 Billion would more than cover any extra costs involved.

Britain is already the most over-crowded country in Europe. It is to everyone's benefit that this is reversed.

Only by leaving the EU can Britain put an end to this madness! Only by joining the British National Party can you do your bit to save what's left of Wales and Britain itself !

A YOUNG West Yorkshire woman woman killed after an asylum seeker allegedly drove the wrong way down a motorway was a university-educated aspiring model, her family said today.

A YOUNG West Yorkshire woman woman killed after an asylum seeker allegedly drove the wrong way down a motorway was a university-educated aspiring model, her family said today.

Rebecca Caine, 20, from Birstall near Leeds, was a back seat passenger in a Chevrolet Matiz, when the vehicle was involved in a head on collision with a Renault Megane, coming the wrong way up the motorway, allegedly driven by Zimbabwean Wilfred Museka.

Miss Caine, known as Becky, died in the crash but the driver of the Matiz and two other passengers suffered only minor injuries.

The Chevrolet was heading east towards Leeds when the collision occurred at 3am on Sunday, near to junction 21 of the M62, near Milnrow, Greater Manchester.

Museka, 31 of Powell Street, Clayton, Manchester appeared at Bury Magistrates’ Court today charged with causing death by dangerous driving and was remanded into custody.

Miss Caine leaves behind twin brother Jack, younger sister Emma, her mother Susan and her partner Russell, and father Tim and his wife Joanne.

In a tribute from her family, they said: “As you can imagine our lives are shattered and our hearts are broken into pieces.

“She was a beautiful girl with her whole life ahead of her. She was embarking on a modelling career and would be finishing her final year of her business degree at Leeds University.

“Rebecca was a bright light that attracted everything to her with her infectious laugh and her beaming smile.

“She saw the best in everyone and was loved by hundreds of friends. The worst part is the emptiness and the total waste of a beautiful life. She was only 20 when she died.

“She was our little girl now she is our little angel. Something somewhere has failed us.

“We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the police and other services for helping us through this difficult time.”

Museka is also charged with fraud by false representation in that he claimed to have held a full UK driving licence for 10 years to get reduced insurance premiums, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.

At the brief court hearing today Robin Lynch, prosecuting, told the court the defendant is an asylum seeker in the UK.

District Judge Mark Hadfield remanded the defendant in custody to appear at Minshull Street Crown Court, Manchester, on October 8.

Sergeant Lee Westhead from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, of Greater Manchester Police, said: “A team of specialist officers are now investigating and we are providing support to the victim’s family. My thoughts are with the victim’s family at this terrible time.”

Anyone with information is asked to call the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 0161 856 4741.

Afghan who helped torch car in London riots spared jail due to traumatic childhood - Telegraph

Afghan who helped torch car in London riots spared jail due to traumatic childhood - Telegraph | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it
An Afghan refugee who helped set a police car ablaze in the London riots has been let off because of the violence he saw in his home country.

Nooragha Zadran, 18, said he was only five when both of his parents were killed in the Afghanistan when a bomb struck their home.
He was left to fend for his younger brother by begging on the streets. He left the boy in a playground and never found him again.
He arrived in Britain as a young boy and had been in the care of social services since.
But during the disorder that blighted Britain last August he threw rocks at police and lit the rag that was used to set fire to a parked car in Lewisham, southeast London, a court heard.
However he walked free from court today after Judge Nigel Seed QC described his case as "exceptional."
"No other defendant will have appeared in front of the courts in such circumstances. That is why you are not being sentenced to two to three years in prison," he said.
Inner London Crown Court heard that Zadran, who works at a mobile phone kiosk in Lewisham, is 'extremely vulnerable' and prone to exploitation as a result of his childhood.
He also suffers from severe post traumatic stress disorder, stress and anxiety, and was handed a 12 months sentence, suspended for two years.
The judge said: "I take into account the fact that at an early age you were living in war torn Afghanistan where you would have been exposed to violence everyday.
"The family home was bombed and the explosion killed your mother and father, leaving you and your siblings orphans.
"You were left to beg because of your destitution.
"You left your younger brother in a playground to try and beg, and he then disappeared and all this happened before you were ten years old.
"You suffered from post traumatic stress disorder, and a particularly complex form of post traumatic stress disorder, which is very serious and makes you vulnerable to exploitation, and unable to think clearly."
Neil Griffin, defending had told the court that he had got involved in "half an hour of madness" and he wished "he could turn the clock back."
Prosecutor Gordon Carse told the court that Zadran had been caught after a media appeal in December, and was spotted in Lewisham town centre in his mobile phone kiosk.
"There was a group of young men, who had began instigating attacks on the police, throwing things at them," he said.
"On CCTV the defendant is seen breaking up a brick and taking the pieces and throwing it at them.
"The group moves away and he is with them. There is a blue Citroen vehicle which is alight, and the defendant lights a cloth from it and goes toward a red Vauxhall Tigra.
"There is a basis of plea that he did not set fire to the car, but left the burning cloth near it, knowing others would. The Vauxhall Tigra is then consumed by flames."
Zadran was ordered to pay £2,000 to the owner of the car, and required to attend mental health treatment as part of his sentence.
Zadran, of Rotherhithe, southeast London, admitted one count of violent disorder and arson.

Businessman guilty of sham marriage scam between Bangladeshi men and Polish workers

Businessman guilty of sham marriage scam between Bangladeshi men and Polish workers | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it
Gyash Uddin, 39, from Luton, used his business to help Bangladeshi men gain UK residency. He and eight other people involved in the scam will be sentenced within the month.

A restaurant manager who arranged sham marriages and assisted bogus immigration visas has been told to expect a 'substantial' prison sentence after being found guilty by a jury.
Gyash Uddin, 39, who ran the Moja restaurant in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, had claimed he was not suspicious about the high number of marriages between his relatives from Bangladesh and Polish women who often worked in the restaurant.
The prosecution at Luton Crown Court maintained that Uddin was motivated to bring in relatives to the UK and then ensure they would be able to remain by marrying an EU national.
He and eight other people involved in the scam will be sentenced within the month.
Six had pleaded guilty and two were convicted by the jury alongside Uddin after a month long trial.
Uddin conspired with others to arrange sham marriages for those family members to European nationals who worked for him at Indian restaurants that he owned or ran.
Giving one example Will Noble prosecuting said that on December 13 2010, Dorota Wysocka and Mohammed Razul Miah attended Milton Keynes Registry Office and registered their 'Notice of Marriage'.

Mr Noble said 'The registrars noted that Mohammed Razul Miah and Dorota Wysocka were unable to communicate with one another due to a clear and obvious language barrier - neither spoke English. He couldn't speak Polish and she couldn't speak Bengali. The registrars were, as you can well imagine, understandably suspicious.'

In attendance was Gyash Uddin who purported to act as a Bangali interpreter.
'As well as an inability to communicate with one another, the registrar also noted that there was no interaction whatsoever between Wysocka and Miah during the process,' said the prosecutor who went on 'Due to concerns about the legitimacy of this proposed wedding, the registrars subsequently submitted a 'Suspicious Marriage Report' to the authorities asking them to investigate.'
In February 2010 Miah and Wysocka filled out a 'checklist of requirements' for the Registry Office in advance of the wedding indicating that the bride would be unaccompanied, there would be no bridesmaids, no music, no readings or poetry, no camcorders or photographers.
Then on February 19 2011, the couple attended the registry office in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire and undertook a civil marriage ceremony and were formerly married.
A reception was held at the Moja restaurant but within half an hour of the meal finishing the bride and groom were back working in the kitchen.
Mr. Noble said the couple did not live together and Wysocka had a partner in Luton.
Uddin, 39, a father of five, from Ivy Road in Luton, Mohammed Razul Miah, 35, of the same address and Mohammed Dolon Miah, 29, of Spencer Road in Luton all pleaded not guilty to charges alleging that they conspired to facilitate a breach of immigration laws by non EU citizens.
The prosecution claim Mohammed Razul Miah is Mr Uddin's brother-in-law and Mohammed Dolan Miah is Mr Uddin's nephew. Uddin has British National status.
He was found guilty of eight charges of conspiring to facilitate a breach of immigration laws by non EU citizens and the two Miah's were each convicted of two similar charges, which they had denied.
Uddin was cleared of possessing articles for use in fraud.
Judge David Farrell QC remanded them in custody until all nine can be sentenced together. He told Uddin: 'A substantial sentence is inevitable. You were at the centre of these matters.'

Some are hiding in Britain while others have fled abroad to countries including Switzerland, South Africa and Pakistan.

It is the first time the Revenue has published photos of tax dodgers who are on the run in this way.
Ministers are unapologetic about the crack-down, saying that tax evasion and fraud has cost taxpayers around £10 billion a year.

Abu Qatada loses latest bid for freedom

Abu Qatada loses latest bid for freedom | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it

Radical preacher Abu Qatada has lost his latest bid for freedom.
Two judges at the High Court in London rejected his challenge against his continuing detention by Home Secretary Theresa May.
The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Siac) ruled two months ago that the detention of Qatada, who is fighting deportation to Jordan, was lawful.
Leaving him free during heightened security for the 2012 Olympics would be "exceptionally problematic", a judge said.
Lord Justice Hughes, sitting with Mr Justice Silber, said the court was "quite satisfied" that Qatada's judicial review application should be dismissed.

After the decision was announced, lawyers for Qatada indicated they would consider taking the case to the Court of Appeal once they have seen the court's reasons for its ruling
Lawyers for the firebrand had attempted to use the ancient legal procedure of habeas corpus at the High Court to argue that his detention while awaiting deportation is unlawful.
Edward Fitzgerald QC, for Qatada, told Lord Justice Hughes and Mr Justice Silber: "Our submission is that the detention has already gone on for so long as to be disproportionate and unlawful."
A seven-year period pending deportation "is so long as to make further detention unwarranted".
He pointed out that deportation was not "imminent", adding: "That is to say it cannot be said that deportation can reasonably be expected to take place within a matter of months."
Mr Fitzgerald told the court: "There comes a point where detention is just too long, and this is the longest period of administrative detention, so far as we know, in modern English history."
He said: "It cannot be right, when we are already at seven years - and when there is an inevitable likelihood this is going to go on for at least another year - for there to be continued detention of Mr Othman."
Qatada is currently fighting deportation to Jordan, where he faces terror charges, and was refused bail by the Special Immigration Appeals Commission in May.
At the time a senior immigration judge said having him on the streets during the Olympics would be “exceptionally problematic” and would put strain on a stretched MI5 and police service.
Qatada, who is said to have wide and high-level support among Islamic extremists, was convicted in his absence in Jordan of involvement with terror attacks in 1998 and faces a retrial in his home country.
Theresa May, the Home Secretary, restarted deportation proceedings in April after she received assurances from the Jordanian authorities that evidence obtained by torture would not be used against him.
Qatada is now challenging those assurances at Siac and his legal team say they will take the battle back to the European courts if Siac rules against him at a tribunal hearing fixed for October.
Qatada, who is accused of involvement in several bomb attacks, is being held at high-security Long Lartin Prison in Worcestershire.
Repeated failed attempts by UK governments over the last 10 years to deport the radical cleric have cost nearly £1 million in legal fees, Government figures show.

Crisis in primary places in England: Immigration will force schools to create 1m more places

Crisis in primary places in England: Immigration will force schools to create 1m more places | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it

Population boom caused by high birth rate and immigration will force schools to create 1m more places by 2020.

Nearly one million extra school places will be needed within eight years as rising birth rates and immigration push pupil numbers to a 50-year high.

The population boom has already pushed many primary schools to ‘breaking point’ and forced town halls to draw up emergency plans to teach children in disused shops and warehouses.

Now figures from the Department for Education have shown the number of pupils in state schools is expected to rise to 7,950,000 by the end of the decade – 935,000 more than now.

Primary and nursery schools will need an extra 736,000 places by 2020, with the remaining places required at secondary and special schools.

The UK has become a ‘Bermuda Triangle’ for immigrants

The UK has become a ‘Bermuda Triangle’ for immigrants | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it
A huge backlog of over a quarter of a million immigration cases has left UK border chiefs struggling to deal with not only deporting immigrants but even knowing where they are.

The enormous total is made up from asylum seekers, foreign criminals, and illegal immigrants.

Commons Home Affairs Committee MPs announced the country had become a ‘Bermuda Triangle’ for migrants, describing it as a country where it is ‘easy to get in, but impossible to keep track of anyone, let alone get them out’.

New asylum cases numbering more than 21,000 have increased because officials were only able to process 63% of applications made last year.

It was also revealed there are some 150,000 legal immigrants who arrived as students and workers but whose visas have since expired and that the figure is rising by 100 daily.

Shockingly, 40% of these people have never been sent any correspondence ordering them to leave the country and it was also disclosed there are 3,900 foreign born criminals at large and therefore free to commit more crimes, the outrageous figures include nearly 1000 who have been untraceable for five years or more.

Additional to this, another 101,000 asylum and immigration cases remain from the backlog of almost half a million that were found lying around in offices from 2006 and had Home Secretary John Reid describe his own department’s immigration system as ‘not fit for purpose’.

These cases have been put into, what is called a ‘controlled archive’, simply a slyly worded meaning for “delayed”, because these immigrants cannot be found anywhere and obviously the government cannot take any form of action against them until, or more likely, if, they are ever found.

Around 60% of the near half million gained the right to stay in the country, mostly because an eternity had passed since they first applied and now they have settled here, raised a family, and with every liberal politician and judge bending over to champion the asylum and immigration Human Right laws, and a stack of wealthy barristers climbing over each other to take these cases on, they won’t be going far, ever.

Reid’s took over from Charles Clarke who was forced to resign after it was reported more than 1,000 foreign criminals had been released from prison between 1999 and 2006 without even being contemplated for deportation.

It will come as no big surprise to readers that despite more than six years passing since that particular shambles emerged, 60 of those offenders have still not been traced and are still living freely in the UK.

The committee’s chairman, Keith Vaz, said the backlog was unacceptable, adding that the agency appears to have ‘acquired its own Bermuda Triangle’.

‘It’s easy to get in, but near impossible to keep track of anyone, let alone get them out,’ the Labour MP said. ‘This is the first time the committee has collated all the cases at the UK Border Agency that await resolution.

‘This backlog is now equivalent to the entire population of Newcastle upon Tyne.’

The committee condemned Article 8 of the Human Rights Act which it said ‘weighs too heavily on the side of offenders rather than the safety of the public’.

They said it, ‘allows criminals facing deportation to live freely in our communities and to endlessly prevent their removal through spurious claims about their right to a private and family life under Article 8’.

However, the MPs approved Government changes to make it simpler to remove foreign criminals, saying: ‘The rights of offenders must be balanced against the rights of law-abiding citizens to live their lives in peace, free from the threat of crime.’

Despite what you have just read, The Home Office said: ‘This report highlights improvements we have made to tackle the huge backlog of cases we inherited.

‘Over 2,000 overstayers have recently been removed following targeted enforcement activity, foreign offenders are being removed more quickly and we are performing well against visa processing targets.

‘Talented students are welcome, but we have introduced new powers to toughen up the system, keeping out the fraudulent and unqualified.

‘The report has raised some legitimate concerns about issues that we are already tackling.’

Could you imagine driving up the M6 with your car tax or insurance a day late, maybe going at 75mph, it wouldn’t take too long until you were sitting in the back of a car with an over zealous, politically correct police officer, dreaming of his stripes and writing your ticket out.

Spare a thought for the hundreds of British pensioners choosing whether to heat their homes or eat, hauled before courts for not being able to pay their council tax or other bills, they can’t simply disappear.

It is absolutely disgusting and a national disgrace that these parasites can continuously invade our shores and end up living a life of luxury, at our expense, and can then just “get lost” within the system, there are Islamic terrorists out there in our cities and towns, planning the demise and obliteration of our land, yet we don’t know where they are!

The Big Housing Discrimination Exposed !

Gary Tumulty, Salford British National Party organiser reported on the 7th September 2011, how housing from private landlords were being appointed on the basis of race.

Almost a year on and the same problem develops to another level.

The BBC have now jumped on the great housing discrimination bandwagon and claim it's their 'Breaking News', of how properties are now being let out in regards to not only race, but on religious, or even a selection of what sexual persuasion you belong to.

Take a look on some advertisement websites such as Gumtree, Muslim accommodation, some estate agents as pointed out previously, and the most common, the high street Asian shop keeper who is only too happy to advertise rooms 'to let' for his brothers and sisters.

Adverts such as, 'Asians, Indians, Polish, Muslim Lady's and Homosexuals Only' can be found, In today’s failed multicultural society, rooms, houses and other accommodation are being allocated on race and religion.
Look at Greater Manchester, places like Moss Side, Oldham, Hulme, Rochdale, Hyde and Levenshulme, you will find mass estates full of one particular culture and race, this is proof that housing discrimination happens, other parts of the country where whole towns have been affected, London, Birmingham and Bradford, it’s no lie, it happens on a mass scale, and it's done deliberately to destroy the British towns and more so the English ones.

The Equality and Diversity legislation state it is against the law to discriminate based on the characteristic factors such as race, religion, belief, sex and sexual orientation.

So to select tenants on the basis of race, (Calling all Asians) is against the law in the eyes of the Race Relations Act, action needs to be taken sooner rather than later.

Gary Tumulty, Salford Organiser, tells the site "The British National Party core policy on Housing is to appoint houses to British people so it is they who have express priority over housing, In Greater Manchester we stand firm and make the 'Local houses for the Local people' well known, we want the housing appointing fairly, not based on what colour skin you have or what religion you follow, its wrong and it has to stop.

"I think we must take direct action where possible and force councils and local authorities to take action on those who want to discriminate, remember it’s our country, and I for one am willing to stand up for our people.

"The first article I pointed out and exposed back in September last year, caused a bit of trouble for those landlords who selected Chinese students only, I went to the council and reported the landlord, and action was taken, it is noted to look on the landlords site today, the adverts don't mention race, but it is noted a quick search of the relevant registers, and a quick visit to the property in question that Chinese dominate that property, so much for integration for communities" Gary concluded

Do you know where these adverts are displayed, or any landlords who like to discriminate are based, or do you have problems with housing in the Greater Manchester area ?

Homeless charity blitzed by eurozone immigrants

Homeless charity blitzed by eurozone immigrants | Race & Crime UK | Scoop.it
A homelessness charity has called on the Government to restrict immigration, saying it is being "swamped" with destitute people fleeing the eurozone's troubled economies.

The Nightwatch charity in Croydon, South London say it has seen a momentous rise in Chairman Jad Adams, addressing the charity's annual meeting, said the charity could cease to exist if the Government did not at least try to halt the flow of immigration into the UK as the Eurozone crisis worsens.
He said the charity, which receives beneficiaries from the National Lottery and Croydon Council, cannot increase its capacity "endlessly" and its finances are now under severe pressure.

The charity, founded 36 years ago, provides clothing and food to homeless people in the vicinity and also helps find them somewhere to live, but says in its annual report that it believes in "local solutions for local problems".

No matter how long the British National Party have been saying the right of free movement between members states of the European Union agreed under treaties is being abused, finally, there seems to be some recognition.

Adams continued "I fear that many people we see as clients are not exercising their treaty rights to come to look for work, but it is simply more attractive to be poor in this country than in some others.

"We have managed to support them - if with some difficulty - but we cannot go on increasing our capacity endlessly."

He added: "The free movement of poverty is putting unacceptable strains on charitable work.

"We have already seen the effect of unlimited freedom of movement in the number of clients that we support every night.
"Indigent arrivals from other countries would put an unacceptable strain on ourselves and other charities dealing with the poorest people in society.

"It cannot be beyond the wit of government to impose simple limits on people to demonstrate they are genuinely seeking work."
Writing in the Nightwatch annual report, Mr Adams added: "The government did not conceive that people would come to the country utterly destitute and reliant on the work of charities such as ours.

He was speaking after fears were raised that the Eurozone catastrophe could lead to a host of people from the worst-hit economies, and especially Greece and Spain, coming to the UK to live to escape poverty.

Speaking about former attempts to encourage Eastern Europeans to return home he stated: "In the past we have encouraged the indigent Eastern Europeans to return home by using foreign-language leaflets and working with such organisations as Crisis and London Reconnections to help anyone who wanted to go back.

"The response was minimal.
"We have to conclude that all our Eastern European clients know about government-sponsored packages to go back to their country of origin, and they do not do so because they do not wish to.

In the past ten years more than 700,000 Eastern Europeans have flooded the shores of Britain for work and only last month the hot aired Home Secretary Theresa May announced contingency plans to control immigration should the Euro collapse.

But if it doesn’t? More hot air!
