New nanotube fibers have unmatched combination of strength, conductivity, flexibility.
htran's insight:

I've heard that spinning carbon nanotubes into fibers and yarns were a bit of an art...not a science. It'll be interesting to see if these folks can scale up the manufacturing of these materials to a useful scale. There would be enormous commercial potentiali for that.
