At the recent HR Directors Business Summit in Birmingham, a panel comprised of four senior HR professionals was asked what is required in order to be seen as proactive rather than reactive.
On the panel sat Simon Nash, HR Director of Carey Olsen, Kadisha Lewis-Roberts, Director of Talent Management at Mitchells and Butlers, Dean Shoesmith, Joint Executive Head of HR, London Boroughs of Sutton and Merton and finally David Richardson, 20 years as HRD at Coca Cola, Tesco, Lloyds TSB, now a consultant in employee brand management.
