Why do we like an original painting better than a forgery? Psychologist Paul Bloom argues that human beings are essentialists -- that our beliefs about the history of an object change how we experience it, not simply as an illusion, but as a deep feature of what pleasure (and pain) is.

Paul Bloom claims that the story behind a piece of art makes it value, if the story isn't what it was expected, the value drops... Isn't it what Storytelling in marketing and communication is all about?

La rémunération est la seule chose qui peut motiver les salariés. Pour qu'ils s'investissent davantage, il n'y a que le système de la carotte et du bâton qui fonctionne.
