A rather unusual recording project, featuring maestro Teodor Currentzis and ensemble MusicAeterna. Mozart's "Figaro" was recorded over 11 days in the secluded city of Perm, one thousand miles east of Moscow. The project demands unheard-of conditions: unlimited rehearsal time, flexible perforrmances and freedom to explore every necessary aspect of interpretation with all soloists and musicians. Looking forward to the results!
