If you are not consuming at least 60 grams per day of protein from powdered protein, you aren't getting enough protein in your diet. As a 200 pound bodybuilder, you need around 250 - 300 grams of protein every day, to pack on the mass!

 

Without supplementing some of those grams, you are missing out on vital protein that your muscles need to repair themselves.
