"Coursolve is a new platform that aims to match nonprofits, small businesses, research labs, and other organizations with courses to empower students to solve real-world problems. Students in massively open online courses (MOOCs) offered through Coursera, Udacity, edX, and other platforms are forming online learning communities of unprecedented sizes. We aim to work with course professors to engage these learning communities and meet the needs of resource-strapped organizations such as nonprofits, research labs, and small businesses." Such partnerships are a great opportunity for service-learning and experiential learning. "Introduction to Data Science" by UW that starts on coursera on May 1st is one of such courses.

Udacity partners with GeorgiaTech and AT&T. Georgia Tech’s Online Master of Science in Computer Science (OMS CS) is the first degree of its kind that can be earned completely through the “massive online” format (not free). All OMS CS courses will be available free of charge for anyone who is not seeking a degree.
