I'm currently participating in this class.  It is excellent. If you are thinking of getting some type of certificate or degree in Social Media, I would recommend you start here instead.  The class is very well put together, and incorporates a rich continuum for learner2learner interaction and learner2instructor interaction.  Of all the MOOC environments that I am pariticpating in, Canvas.net offers the richest, interative learning experience so far.
