What inspire me this quote: Our thoughts are powerful (in the sense positive and negative... too!). We should be able to cultivate positive thoughts every day with a focus on our goals and vision of life. As a leader, have a burning desire to succeed motivates our team to achieve their goals as well. In other words, it becomes a win-win situation.
