Here is the new winning viddeo ad-set from IAB Digital Video Rising Stars.

It includes five new types of video ads that introduce new approaches to the way additional (commercial - but it doesn't have to be strictly so)  information to any video clip.

Check out also the innovative ad solutions for display ads and mobile from IAB here:

-> display

-> mobile ads

Check them all out here: http://www.iab.net/guidelines/508676/digitalvideo/digitalvideorisingstars#2

P.S.: I am frankly not too excited about ads in general, but when this new communication approaches can also be utilized to extend the effectiveness of a video guide, tutorial or even of a documentary or interview, I can't but look forward to the time that such ad-only solution are extended to other communication areas.

I turn to this collection routinely for inspiration and to learn what's up and coming in the dataviz world. d3.js was probably my latest find through this site.
