The 100 device limit is way too low, and abuse of Enterprise provisioning profile is abuse that Apple will condone but gives them the power to yank it anytime. Compare this to Android: 1 setting needs to be changed to allow installation of a beta app over the air, Google Play has beta groups via Google Plus, and app distribution can be staged so that at first only a small percentage of users get an update. With Apple: no betas or whatsoever, and 1 week review times for critical updates
