"Today AT&T officially announced that it will carry the LG Optimus G, putting to rest the question of which US carrier would be the first to offer the phone, though there is as yet no word on when it will be available. The LTE-capable phone will come with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage (though without an expandable microSD slot) and will run Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) at launch. More notable, though, are its 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor and 1280x768 4.7" IPS display—one of the biggest Android displays to hit the market so far."

Sprint has become the first U.S. wireless carrier to offer an ultrabook, which is being sold with a 3G/4G mobile hotspot device at no added cost.

 

Sprint and Lenovo announced the 13.3-in. IdeaPad U310 ultrabook with a hotspot device for $799.99, subject to a two-year Sprint mobile broadband service agreement, the companies said. Three months of broadband service will be available for free.

However, Verizon followed up with the tidbit that, out of all four versions, only the G2 for its network would offer wireless charging support."
