This is a huge issue in both states.  The idea of providing a credit instead of cash to home owners that are taking the initiative to lower their energy footprint does not make as much sense as actually paying them cash for the power that their solar instalations create.  Because of this, some savvy businesses and homeowners are approaching their neighbors with a proposal to sell them the power at a cost which is lower than that which they pay to the power company.  Stay tuned as iMobileHomes follows this story with updates.
