Mobile CRM has a positive effect in Customer Satisfaction. Recently, companies make a shift from previous product-driven business strategies to customer-driven strategies, so the customer satisfaction is very important to good CRM. The author use survey data and a case study to explain the reasons for why Mobile CRM is necessary. This question needs to do some further research to explore more about the relationship between customer satisfaction and mobile CRM.
