C'est un peu en marge de mon sujet sur la mobilité B2B, mais totalement Bouillon 2.0... à lire c'est intéressant cette entrée des smartphones en tant qu'outils éducatifs et pédagogiques chez les jeunes américains.

MeetingWords: Realtime Collaborative Text Editing

MeetingWords: Realtime Collaborative Text Editing | mlearn | Scoop.it

Here's a great idea.  The next time you are attending a meeting, you, along with your peers, can take notes that are saved on the web.  Your group can edit the notes together and changes are instantly shown on everyone looking at the notes.

There's the ability to chat while taking notes and have an ongoing backchannel discussion regarding the event or presentation.

There's no sign-up or cost either, making it easy to begin to create your text.

Super idea for BYOT and BYOD activities!

Some typical dilemmas for mobile developers include:

For optimum user experience, an app should be developed to target a specific mobile platform (e.g., iOS), but for maximum portability of the content it should not.For maximum portability of content, the best technical solution is to use a Web app (hosted online), but this excludes all the best phone features (native menus, camera, GPS, other apps, etc.).For the best mLearning experience, users need to be able to work offline, but for integration with traditional eLearning systems, the information needs to sync online.
