Are you are going to pick up running in the new year or train to race?  Running is new for me this year and I am going to train to do a 1/2 marathon.  Now for me to go from hobby to sport,  I will need to know what I am doing in order to know where to improve.  Best place to start is with the basics.

Over the years Rune has become a heor in Sweden for his long distance exploits.
