Jay Dicharry is someone that is teaching the concepts and principles of  Mindful Running.  Great one foot standing exercises for gaining stability.  Also his thoughts and demonstation of posture alignment are extremely helpful to assist someone feel the difference between how they normally stand and the difference after being aligned.

 

Running is a dance.  It can be done gracefully or clumsily. Go for the Grace. ---GAPO---

Years ago, I spoke about F_SOS or Flat Surface Overuse Syndrome. People keep talking about spraining their ankles and being afraid to run trail or on uneven ground because they might sprain their ankles.

 

Caballo Blanco something to the effect, if you think you can do it in three steps, take 5 or 6.
