The key in life is not to do more or work harder; the key is actually to find ways to do less and think more, to be less busy and more productive. 

Here some important principles:

1.) Reevaluate how you spend your time and stop doing the time-wasters.
We’ve all heard about the Pareto Principle, the 80/20 rule that 20 percent of your activity produces 80 percent of your income.

2.) Create and protect the boundaries of our digital world 
- Put a junk filter on your life
- Just say NO. 
- You get in life what you tolerate.

3.) Study more - Life is not about learning and knowledge, but about studying and transferring what suits to our own life. 

4.) Stay focused and show commitment to consistency.

5.) Life is not about time management, but about energy management.

6.) Learn to delegate effectively!

7.) Value the time you are "off"!
