Teachers should be the first to be trained in Mindfulness techniques. A mindful teacher would probably be more successful to teach a class to be attentive, aware, mindful. I am a teacher and a teacher of mindfulness too, lets start with ourselves and then the kids. Kids are naturally born aware.
