Meditation is a great micro-example of daily living. Our daily activities are usually quite simple when we break them down into their individual steps. The awareness that in order to finish a task we follow a series of steps and before we know it we have completed the task, maybe we have built a boat.

Meditation is a series of repetitive steps that fold back onto each other again and again. This repetitive series of actions will if given some time, transform our focus and awareness of our surrounding reality. It is all accomplished by putting one thing in front of another and repeating. Simple as that.
